Birth Certificate / Age Declaration

An original birth certificate from the National Population Commission, or a sworn court affidavit.

State of Origin Certificate

A letter of indigeneship or confirmation of state of origin from your Local Government Area.

Passport Photographs

Recent passport-sized photographs with white background. Specifications: 35mm × 45mm, taken within the last 6 months.

Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

Required for married women who wish to reflect a changed surname on their passport.

Old Passport (for Renewals)

Your expired or about-to-expire Nigerian passport must be submitted for renewal applications.

Can I apply if I have lost my passport?
Yes. You will need to obtain a police report, swear an affidavit of loss, and apply for a re-issue. Our team will guide you through every step of this process.
What is the age limit for a standard passport?
There is no age limit. Minors (under 18) require parental consent and additional documentation including the parent/guardian's passport or national ID card.
