We collect your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) including Passport details, Bank Statements, biometrics, and medical records exclusively for the purpose of executing your visa or travel processing.

2. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third-party marketers. Your data is strictly transmitted directly to relevant Embassies, Airlines, or global educational institutions solely to procure your requests.

3. How We Protect Your Data

We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information:

  • All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
  • Data is then encrypted into our Databases (Supabase/PostgreSQL) and is only accessible by authorized personnel with special access rights.
  • After a transaction or successful visa processing, your private documents (like bank statements) are purged from our accessible servers within 90 days.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to help us remember and process your cart items, understand and save your preferences for future visits, and compile aggregate data about site traffic. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may limit your ability to use certain site features.
