Welcome to Mohkohrey Travels. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or utilizing our booking platforms, you agree to be bound by the following comprehensive Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Scope of Services & Agency Liability

Mohkohrey Travels acts strictly as an intermediary/agent on behalf of airlines, hospitality providers, tour operators, embassies, and educational institutions.

• Flight & Accommodations: We are not liable for any flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, or failure of third-party vendors to deliver booked services. Your contract for flights is ultimately with the respective airline.
• Visa Decisions: The issuance or denial of a visa rests solely with the consulate or embassy of the destination country. We do not, and cannot, guarantee visa approvals under any circumstances.
• Study Placements: Admission into foreign universities is subject to the review board of the institution. We guarantee robust documentation assistance, but final admittance is not within our absolute control.

2. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

All quotes provided are subject to availability and dynamic pricing by our third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines) until a ticket is fully ticketed.

• Consultation Fees: Any fees paid directly to Mohkohrey Travels for visa or study consultations, processing, and advisory services are strictly non-refundable once the advisory process has commenced, regardless of the visa/admission outcome.
• Ticket Refunds: Flight tickets and tour packages are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the airline or vendor. Mohkohrey Travels will assist in processing eligible refunds, but may deduct administrative processing fees.
• Currency Fluctuations: Due to macroeconomic conditions in Nigeria, unpaid booking quotes may change rapidly. We are not liable for increased fare charges caused by delayed payments.

3. Client Responsibilities & Documentation

The Client is entirely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents (Passports, Transcripts, Bank Statements) submitted to us. Mohkohrey Travels bears no liability for visa denials, deportations, or legal actions resulting from the submission of fraudulent, forged, or altered documents. By engaging our services, you warrant that all information provided is genuine.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mohkohrey Travels or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
